Great location near restaurants and parks, with a spacious room that comfortably fit our group. The staff was helpful and friendly, and having a kitchen was a huge advantage. A little more kitchenware would have been nice, but overall, it was a good experience for the price.

My family and I recently enjoyed a week-long stay at a lovely hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options and parks nearby, making it easy to explore the area. Our spacious room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy lounge area and a convenient kitchenette. The laundry facilities were a great bonus, and the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with transportation needs.

The stay here was perfectly pleasant on next holidays. The room was good-sized and well-organised with the bathroom, beds for all, appreciated our time there. Its INCREDIBLE, central location was a plus.

Really good experience there. Everything was perfect with well-equipped rooms. Easy to get to, excellent and wonderful location short walk to restaurants, shopping such as the Tanukikoji mall, and attractions, and local convenience store across the road. Also, close to city centre...

The staff were excellent and flexible and the location was excellent to Suzuukino shopping area. And it was also really close to local convenience store across the road and Odori Park and Susukino Station and convenient stores👍👍

The location was superb, a breezy walk from major attractions. The laundry facilities were a real lifesaver, and the staff were genuinely helpful, especially a young executive who went out of his way to assist us.

I had a great time during my stay! The location is unbeatable-super close to Susukino Station and just a short walk to Tanukikoji. The room was spacious and comfy, which made relaxing after a day of exploring really nice. Plus, the vibe around the area was lively and fun!

There were some downsides. The front desk hours were pretty limited, which made things a bit tricky, especially if I needed assistance. I found the lack of regular housekeeping disappointing for a hotel; it felt more like staying in an apartment without the perks!

The room was clean.

A musty smell lingered in the room, cleanliness was lacking with food crumbs on cushions!!! The air conditioning malfunctioned, the reception only opens at 3pm, and there's no housekeeping !!!

The air conditioning was broken, shocking for a so-called five-star hotel. I also can't believe how poorly they manage luggage pre-3pm. I mean, what kind of hotel expects guests to juggle their bags without assistance. And where's my welcome drink or even a smidge of special treatment? I almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn't.
